We collaborated with the owners of Herbert’s Lane to create a high-performance digital brochure for their luxury Shepherd’s Hut. While the bookings are managed via Airbnb, the property needed a dedicated space to tell its full story, showcase its 5-star reputation, and provide guests with detailed local guides that the standard booking platforms couldn't accommodate.

The Challenge

Airbnb is great for transactions, but it's limited for storytelling. The owners needed a way to showcase the "Suffolk experience" in detail, including extensive local recommendations, farm history, and an itemized hut inventory. The goal was to provide a professional destination that validates the premium price point and answers guest questions before they are even asked.
