Personal Assistant to Founders

About the role

We're Isaac (18) and Harvey (16), running Arcscribe from the Norwich Digital Hub. We build custom web solutions and are launching our own SaaS product, Orbit. We're moving fast and need someone organized to handle the admin work that's slowing us down.

This is 8-10 hours per week to start. If it works well, there's room to grow into more hours or a broader role as we scale.

You'll work directly with both founders. No corporate hierarchy, no bureaucracy. Just real work that matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Triage and respond to routine emails
  • Follow up with leads and clients
  • Chase unpaid invoices
  • Organise files, contracts, and project documentation
  • Research potential clients or partners
  • Handle basic admin tasks that free up founder time

Requirements

  • Extremely organised and proactive
  • Strong written communication
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Based in or near Norwich
  • Low ego, high initiative

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting founders or executives
  • Understanding of tech/SaaS industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
