How long does a typical project take?
Most websites ship in 2–4 weeks. Larger projects with AI chat or voice systems typically take 4–6 weeks. We’ll give you an exact timeline in your proposal.
Do I pay anything upfront?
We take a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remainder due on launch. Managed plans are billed monthly after go-live.
Can I just get a website without the monthly plan?
Absolutely. Our one-time packages give you full ownership of the code. You host it wherever you like and we hand over everything.
What if I need changes after launch?
Managed-plan clients get ongoing updates included. One-time clients can book ad-hoc development time or upgrade to a managed plan anytime.
Do you work with businesses outside Norwich?
Yes. While we’re based in Norwich, we work with clients across the UK. Everything is handled remotely with regular video calls.
What technologies do you use?
React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern cloud infrastructure. Everything is hand-coded. No WordPress, no page builders, no templates.
