How the free trial works
14 days on any plan, so you can see it working on real calls before you pay a penny.
It starts when your number goes live
Nothing to pay today. Your 14-day free trial starts when your number goes live, not when you sign up. Setup normally takes a couple of hours, but can take up to 3 days.
Card required, nothing taken
We need a card to start the trial, but we don't charge it during the trial.
Trial limits
During the trial you get 60 AI minutes, 150 texts and up to 3 AI calls at once. If you run out of AI minutes, calls still ring through to you and anyone you miss gets your automatic text.
A reminder before it ends
We'll email you 3 days before your trial ends. If you don't cancel, we'll then charge the setup fee and your first month (or year) + VAT.

Cancel any time during the trial in Keystone and you won't pay anything.

Setup normally takes a couple of hours, but can take up to 3 days. A person at Arcscribe sets it up for you: we get your new number, register it with the phone regulator and test it. While you wait, you can set up your greeting, your services and your calendar in Keystone.
Yes. You keep your number and forward the calls you miss to your Arcscribe number. We give you a simple guide for your phone. Moving your number over to us completely (porting) isn't something we offer yet, so ask us if you need it.
On the Receptionist and Pro plans, the AI receptionist tells every caller it's an AI and that the call is transcribed. It takes their details, answers the questions you've approved and pencils jobs into your calendar. If a caller has an emergency, like a gas leak, it tells them to ring the emergency line or 999. It never replaces the emergency services. On Catch there's no AI: callers you miss get a text from you straight away.
Your calls still ring through to you as normal, and anyone you miss gets your automatic text, so nobody is ignored. The trial includes 60 AI minutes, 150 texts and up to 3 AI calls at once.
It depends on the plan. Catch is £24/month + VAT, with a one-off £49 setup fee + VAT. Receptionist is £69/month + VAT, with a one-off £99 setup fee + VAT. Pro is £129/month + VAT, with a one-off £149 setup fee + VAT. We'll email you 3 days before your trial ends. If you don't cancel, we'll then charge the setup fee and your first month (or year, if you chose annual).
Yes. You'll pay the setup fee today, and your subscription starts when your number goes live. If we can't set you up, we'll refund the setup fee in full.
Yes, any time, in Keystone. Cancel during the trial and you won't pay anything. On a paid plan, your plan runs to the end of the month or year you've paid for.
We process your callers' details on your behalf, under our Data Processing Agreement. It lists the other companies (sub-processors) we use to run the service. You'll need your own privacy notice telling your customers how you use their details.
